Flab Fighter: R3, S30
*Alternating Abs/Rebounds- Alternate the two. Use the following three abdominal exercises.

1. Planks
2. Quarter TGU (start a turkish get-up & only go up to the hand)
3. Russian Twists

Ummm... Okaaaaay.... Yeah
