M4 Swings(2 hand, one arm, darcy, 2 hand)

Then:
Quickie Fat Blaster: M15, continually running clock
10 Push Presses Per Arm
15 Jumping Lunge (Mod: In Place Alternating Lunge)
20 Cleans (10 per side)
