Then: M4, Keep Count
Tabata Burpee Challenge
(Hardest Working Kamper nominated gets a prize)

Your Fat Blaster: M15, 30/15, continuous running clock
Draw 2's: Floor Rows
Skips: Hindu Pushups
Wilds: Overhead Somethin's(run, squats, lunges, windmills)
Reverse: Standing or Lying Knee Tucks
Numbers: Long Cycle

AND High Five Tag Kettlebell Drags
(Dragger finishes and then tags a new dragger)

Then:
Random Hill Runs

Cooldown:
Synergy Yoga
