Bottom Half Burpees (stay down and simply jump legs in & out)
Bodyweight Squats

Workout: R4, 40/20 (Very Fast/Active Rest, M1 btwn rounds)

Sprint for distance
Jerk or Push Press- R
Jerk or Push Press- L
Super Burpees
Cleans- R
Cleans- L
Sprint for distance

Abs: M6 Total, 60/30 (every other one)
60s Situps
30s Sideline V-Situps- R
Straight Leg Wide Feet Situps
Sideline V-Situps- L
Plank
Flutter Kicks- ankles cross
Plank
Flutter Kicks- Las Vegas Showgirl style
