Kettlebell Back Squat


Total Body Blaster: R6, S30 rest between rounds (M9 Total)

S15, S30, S45, M1, M1.5, M2

Snatch, lower to the rack, squat and press, switch hands and repeat on the other side.



Supersized Core Blaster: R3, 30/15 (M13.5 Total)

2 Hand Swings
Up Down Dogs
One Leg Hops (jump as high as possible, Mod: two legs)
Russian Twists
Situp N Stand
Mountain Climbers

Random Hill Runs
