I themed today's fat blaster as such because I want every one of our Kampers to focus on getting high numbers for every set. Sometimes the pain sets in and we forget why we're here doing what we're doing. Remind yourself about this continually throughout your workout and definitely in the beginning. Every set today should have the highest ever and every rep counts toward every one of their personal goals. We are here to fight fat and fitness cause it's not gonna come easy so here's our chance! :)
