Circuit 1
Clean To A Thruster- R
Windmills- R
Clean To A Thruster- L
Windmills- L

Circuit 2
Broad Jump Burpees
Forward Lunges
Swings- R
Reverse Lunges
Swings- L

Then:
Fartleks
Group A- Moderate Jog then Sprint when appropriate
Group B- Walk or Slow Jog then Sprint when appropriate

Cooldown:
Synergy Yoga
